The organization is looking for talented interns to help TikTok make money in many ways. We help brands of all sizes connect with their audiences by assisting them in making TikToks instead of ads. We are a fast-growing, dynamic team that uses a consultative sales method to help our clients think about their marketing strategies in new ways. This is your chance to join us and learn about a wide range of responsibilities, such as how we find and partner with businesses of all sizes, how we come up with campaign ideas and create them, and how we find out about and analyze ads. - Contribute to RFP responses, campaign ideation, and campaign execution with sales & account leads
- Prospect, pitch & qualify new business
- Monitor ad campaign execution and performance, generate insights for content trends, and ensure brand safety for ad campaigns
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses on ad campaigns and campaign reporting to identify potential operational inefficiencies and test new workflows, best practices
- Compile post-campaign recap reports, deliver campaign insights and learnings, and share with the client as well as the broader sales & cross-functional teams
- Assist with ad account creation, tagging, and operations
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Media Studies, Communication, or a related discipline
- Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer 2023
- Must obtain work authorization in the country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment.
- Graduating December 2023 onwards with the intent to return to the degree program after completing the internship.
- Strong critical thinker who uses data & logic to identify alternatives, evaluate, and present approaches to solving complex problems
- Excellent communicator with a positive, self-starter attitude
- Enjoys coming up with solutions to increase efficiency in their day-to-day work
- Motivated to make a significant impact on the sales organization and the wider business
- Strong academic achievement and past corporate experience are a plus
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of and passion for digital marketing and TikTok
- Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with honesty and integrity
