Unlike Apple, Samsung isn’t so much of a suspense keeper and that’s the more reason the later don’t hesitate to tell us when they’re about to light something up. Already, Samsung has given us its word that we’d be seeing its next flagship devices in the beauty of its panel and frame at MWC 2018.
According to the famous leak star, Evan Blass, Samsung will announce the Galaxy S9 and S9 come February 26.
A “C-level executive at a major case make” said pre-order will start March 1 (that’s three days after the announcement date). Shipping and worldwide release will follow on latter March 16.
According to a C-level executive at a major casemaker, the go-to-market schedule for Galaxy S9 / S9+ is as follows:
Launch – 2/26
Pre-orders – 3/1
Ships/releases – 3/16

You probably remember back in 2017, the Galaxy S8 came a month later than usual (which was untraditional of the Korean manufacturer). This time, its crystal clear the tech giant is getting back to its 2016 release frame.
As expected, the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus will be coming straight out of the box with Android 8 (Oreo), aluminium frame, Gorilla Glass 5 protection on both front and back. Despite both packing the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, only the S9 Plus gets a dual camera.
