Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016) |
Vietnamese website SCCN reports that, the unannounced Samsung Galaxy J1 (2016) will have a 4.5-inch display as compared to the 4.3-inch of Galaxy J1. Although the display resolution will stay the same at 480×800 pixels, the 2016 version of Galaxy J1 will have a 1.3GHz quad-core Exynos 3457 processor under-the-hood, a 1GB RAM and Mali-720 GPU. It should be known that Samsung has not yet announced the Exynos 3457 processor.
The smartphone will come with dual-SIM support and will run Android 5.1.1 Lollipop (out-of-the-box). It is said to have a built-in storage of 8GB.

One of the image shows the smartphone’s display with its name, while the other image shows the back panel removed, revealing the model number, removable battery, dual-SIM card slots, and a ‘Made in Vietnam’ tag.
The company seems to be gearing up for the Galaxy S7 launch and due to the increasing number of leaks and rumours, no confirmation has been made concerning the leaked smartphone.
